ジェイムズ・ジョセフ・ブラウン・ジュニア（James Joseph Brown, Jr., 1933年5月3日 - 2006年12月25日）は、アメリカ合衆国のソウルミュージックシンガー・音楽プロデューサー・エンターテイナー。通称JB。
ファンクの帝王と呼ばれ、 The Hardest Working Man in Show Business（ショウビジネス界一番の働き者）と称される。シャウトを用いたヴォーカルと、斬新なファンク・サウンドが特徴である。
父はアパッチ族インディアンで、母はアフリカ系黒人アメリカ人とアジア人の系統である。
「ナンバーワン・ソウル・ブラザー」「ミスター・ダイナマイト」「ファンキー・プレジデント」など、いくつものニック・ネイムを持っていた。
