エミルー・ハリス（Emmylou Harris, 1947年4月2日 - ）は、アメリカ合衆国のカントリーロックシンガー。
アメリカ合衆国アラバマ州バーミンガム出身。元バーズのグラム・パーソンズなどと交流があった。1976年の『エリート・ホテル』、1979年の『ブルー・ケンタッキー・ガール』でグラミー賞を受賞。カントリー・ロックを代表するシンガーとして認知される。 日本においては自動車ほかのCMソングで、バック・オーエンスのカバー曲「トゥゲザー・アゲイン」を歌っているのはエミルー・ハリス。
「Q誌の選ぶ歴史上最も偉大な100人のシンガー」において第53位。
