アルバム名：Intoxicated Demons

While not a magnum opus like their 1994 eponymous LP, the Beatnuts' first major project, Intoxicated Demons was still a thunderous warning shot fired across hip-hop's hood ornament. Having sharpened their teeth on remixes for Chi Ali and Common, the 'Nuts decided to show the world what they were really all about--best encapsulated on the funk-nasty 'Psycho Dwarf,' whose anthem was: 'I wanna fuck, drink beer, and smoke some shit.' Though the 'Nuts were all about testosterone-laced beats, they could also finesse a smooth jazz track, like on 'No Equal.' Heck, even their hijacking of Hank Mobley's original Blue Note cover art was wickedly brilliant. --Oliver Wang
