Now Rachel is Going Solo and Has Just Completed her Debut Album. The First Single 'Sweet Dreams My L.a. Ex' was Written by Cathy Dennis who Has Written Many of the S Club Hits 'Don't Stop Movin' and 'Say Goodbye' and Kylie's Massive Hit 'Can't Get You Out of My Head'.
