- 公民和圣人，前身为公民，是来自华盛顿州西雅图的基督教摇滚乐队。
背景
市民和圣人来自华盛顿州的西雅图，而且以前是以他们的唱片公司之一的玛斯希尔教堂为基础的。 Zach Bolen带领乐队。 2014年，Bolen从Mars Hill辞职，在那里担任长老和敬拜领袖。
他们的同名专辑“公民”（Citizens）自2013年发行以来，已经看到了重要的商业成功。
在改名之后，乐队在2014年11月发行了第二张录音室专辑“加入胜利”。这张专辑收录了更多的电子音乐，合成器可以在几首曲目中听到。这张专辑仍然与他们的基本独立/另类摇滚音乐保持一致。

乐队在2012年5月8日发行了一张名为“已经/尚未发行”的EP，仅在Mars Hill标签上发行。
他们在乐队名为Citizens＆Saints的第一张全长录音室专辑是Citizens，于2013年3月12日发行。这张专辑在BEC Recordings和Mars Hill唱片公司发行，由Brian Eichelberger制作。
他们的第二张全长专辑“Join the Triumph”于2014年11月11日通过BEC Recordings发行，并由Eichelberger再次制作。
