Hold Steady是一支来自纽约布鲁克林的美国摇滚乐队，成立于2003年。乐队由Craig Finn（吉他手），Tad Kubler（吉他手），Galen Polivka（贝斯手），Bobby Drake（鼓手），Franz Nicolay （键盘）和Steve Selvidge（吉他）。由于他们的“抒情致密的故事讲述”和经典摇滚/酒吧音乐的影响而受到注意，乐队的叙事为基础的歌曲经常处理主题，如吸毒成瘾，宗教和赎回等，并且经常以明尼阿波利斯市内的复发人物为特征。
