- 絕望樂隊是由Jon Egan領導的崇拜樂隊，也是科羅拉多州Colorado Springs新生活教會崇拜部的一部分。

事業
絕望樂隊成立於2001年，當時新生教會牧師戴維·帕金斯（David Perkins）建議Jon Egan，Jared Anderson和Glenn Packiam在第一次絕望大會上與樂隊一起玩耍。絕食大會每年在六月和七月舉行，吸引了數千名大學生和高中生。
由樂團聯合創始人Jon Egan編寫的“我自由”這首歌曲，由樂隊2004年的“屋頂”錄製，後來被Newsboys所覆蓋，成為一名單打。
