這個世界上,最美好的事物 大概就這些了.
These are the most wonderful things in the world.
十幾年前,我就有製作搖滾童謠的念頭。但是實際執行上,比 做一張我自己的專輯要困難很多。首先是，我自己不需要再來太多的訓練，就可以錄音，編曲，製作等等。但是如果要做一張童謠，我相信由我這個大叔來唱的話，沒有人要聽。所以必須訓練一批小小朋友。About 10 years ago, I already had the idea of producing Kids of Rock; however, I had come to the realization that it is actually much harder than creating another one of my own albums. First of all, I personally don’t need much more music training to still be able to record, arrange, produce, etc., yet, if I were to create a children’s album, I doubt anyone would want to hear an old guy sing it. With that said, I needed to train a group of little kids.
但是，傳統意義上的童謠，早就已經不符合時代的需要。現在的小孩，早早接觸網路，你用傳統兒歌樣那種方式去騙他們，他們已經不買單了。
所以我還必須訓練這批小朋友唱搖滾樂，甚至演奏搖滾樂。這個部分，具有一定的難度，所以這個想法，纏繞心頭多年未能實現。我深知沒有別人的幫助，是不可能完成的。
However, traditional children’s songs are no longer relevant with today’s times. Children today are exposed to the internet at an early age. If you were to show them traditional nursery songs, they definitely won’t have any interest. Therefore, I had to train these little kids how to sing rock and even play rock music. I knew this part would be difficult which is why the idea of creating Kids of Rock had not come to fruition for many years. I also knew deep down that this idea could not be achieved without help.
終於因緣際會，在二零一九年，我發現文化部有母語音樂的補助。於是我就將搖滾，童謠，與母語結合，寫了搖滾童謠第一集的企劃。很幸運地，也很感恩，得到了文化部的補助。這張專輯，終於從構想化了實際。隨後又得到客委會的大力幫忙，我們得以舉辦徵選活動，選出七個可愛的小朋友加以訓練，這張專輯終於得以出現在世人面前。
Finally, by chance in 2019, I discovered that the Ministry of Culture assisted in music sang in native tongue, so I combined rock and nursery rhymes with my native tongue and wrote the plan to the first Kids of Rock album. Very fortunately, and very gratefully, we received a subsidy from the Ministry of Culture. With that, I was able to turn this album from a dream to a reality. Later, with the committee’s help and support, we were able to hold an event to select 7 cute children for training and finally introduce this album to the world.
要感謝的人太多了，來自於政府公部門的幫助，來自於所有老師與家長辛辛苦苦的教導孩子們，並且在快樂的環境中成長學習。來自於眾多職業好手們的演奏表演，錄音，來自於家人與團隊整個辛辛苦苦地協助與付出。這張專輯不是我一個人能夠完成的，真的非常非常感謝大家。There are just too many people to thank. I want to thank the government for their support and all the teachers and parents for tirelessly providing guidance to the children. Because of them, we were able to create a happy learning environment. I also want to thank the many professional musicians for their performances and recordings, and to the families and the team on their continuous hard work and effort. I would not have been able to complete this album by myself and with that I really want to thank each one of you.
