OBSESS成立自2008年，樂團始終保持謹慎的態度，記錄每一件這個世界正在發生的故事，之後以極大化的情緒詮釋成曲。OBSESS的音樂早期受到Emo、Emo punk、Post hardcore的樂風影響極深,以如此直接並帶著豐富情感的音樂去衝擊聽眾的感官與思想，是OBSESS一直在做的事。
OBSESS經常受邀參加台灣各大音樂節，共發行過三張作品：【INTERFERE(2010)】、【RISE IN ARMS(2013)】，【Tragic & Fantastic(2015)】。近年更相繼與歐美日本知名樂團【Story Of The Year】、【Bring Me The Horizon】、【Crossfaith】、【Adept】同台演出。
