- Three Days Grace，簡稱TDG，3DG，中文譯為'三天的寬限'或'寬限三天'，是一支來自加拿大的另類金屬樂隊。樂隊前身是Groundswell，早在1992年就已經成立，1995年解散，然而又在1997年重組，活躍至今。2013年Adam退出樂團，另組團，目前在Saint Asonia樂團中擔任主唱，而寬限三天主唱的位置則由貝斯手Brad的弟弟Matt擔任新任主唱。
