佛羅·里達（英語：Flo Rida，1979年9月17日－），原名查馬·迪拉德（Tramar Lacel Dillard），是一位生於美國佛羅里達州邁阿密的饒舌歌手，藝名取自Flo(Flow)與佛羅里達州後面的Rida，是為了表現出他行雲流水的繞舌技巧和他對自己出生地的致敬而得的名字。

查馬自小父母離異，與母親跟6個姊姊相依為命，因為其中一位姊姊因病逝世，讓他省悟自己得為了家裡的人做些什麼，加上受到身為音樂家的父親的影響，讓他自小便把感情寄託在音樂歌曲上。查馬九年級時參加了名為Groundhoggz的繞舌團體，他曾也與當地饒舌組合2 Live Crew作巡迴演出，90年後期得以為南岸饒舌大老Scarface暖場。18歲時經引薦擔任加州Dirty Rap大團2 Live Crew團員Fresh Kid Ice的巡迴合聲歌者，之後有段時間在洛杉磯發展，卻是步步艱辛，事業毫無起色。之後查馬回到邁阿密，在大西洋唱片的旗下Poe Boy Entertainment老闆E-Class聽過Demo帶後，贏得一紙合約，接著於Rick Ross專輯裡的《Speedin』 ('We the Best' Remix)》發聲。

他曾經花費相當大的心思及努力在首張個人專輯【Mail On Sunday快活星期天】上，也邀請到相當重量級的人物包括超級製作人提姆巴蘭、The Runners、J.R. Rotem共同催生。與阿肯旗下最夯歌手T-Pain合唱的單曲《辣妹好露Low》，在專輯還未發行前即以迅雷不及掩耳速度拿下美國告示牌Top 40、嘻哈榜、數位歌曲榜冠軍，並蟬連13週Hot 100冠軍；專輯更獲得2008年葛萊美獎『最佳饒舌/歌唱合唱』、『最佳繞舌歌曲』雙料提名。當《辣妹好露Low》風潮還在延燒全球夜店之際，Flo Rida又以迅雷不及掩耳速度推出新作【R.O.O.T.S.黑街生存之道】，專輯有請阿肯、尼歐、黑眼豆豆will.i.am熱力相挺，首支單曲《Right Round》霸佔了美國告示牌熱門單曲&數位單曲榜5週雙料冠軍，飆破美國數位史上最快百萬銷售紀錄；把妹大玩家2009重裝出輯。此後，他又參與合作多張饒舌雜輯（mixtape）和錄音室專輯，其中最著名的是2007年發行的We the Best。2008年初，Flo Rida發行他的首張個人專輯 Mail on Sunday，此專輯共推出三支單曲 'Low'、'Elevator' 和 'In the Ayer'，其中與T-Pain合作的專輯首支單曲 'Low' 十分成功，登頂單曲榜達十周。2009年，他又發行個人第二張專輯 R.O.O.T.S.，專輯中最成功的單曲 'Right Round' 發行後即奪得英國單曲榜冠軍，並占據 Hot 100 榜首位六周之久。
