- チャールズ・オットー・プース・ジュニア（Charles Otto 'Charlie' Puth, Jr.、1991年12月2日 - ）は、アメリカ合衆国ニュージャージー州モンマス郡ラムソン出身のシンガーソングライターである。
2014年にラッパーであるウィズ・カリファの楽曲「See You Again」で共演を果たし、映画『ワイルド・スピード SKY MISSION』主題歌に起用され知名度を上げる。また、楽曲「マーヴィン・ゲイ」でメーガン・トレイナーとも共演。2016年1月29日にデビューアルバム『Nine Track Mind』を発売した。
キャリア
2009年9月に、'Charlies Vlogs'というタイトルのYouTubeチャンネルを開始し、コメディーのビデオやアコースティックカバーを投稿した。
今までにワン・ダイレクションやシーア,ザ・ウィークエンドなどの楽曲をカバーしYoutubeに投稿している。
2010年、プースは彼の最初の曲「These are My Sexy Shades」のミュージックビデオをリリースした。 12月10日に、彼は独立したリリースである彼のデビュー長編「The Otto Tunes」をリリースした。
2011年に彼はPerez Hilton、Can You Sing？が主催するオンラインビデオコンテストで、Emily Lutherと共演したAdeleの「Someone like You」のカバーで優勝しました。同年、有名司会者のエレン・デジェネレスはAdeleの 'Someone like You'のパフォーマンスを見て、彼女のレーベル、elevenelevenで二人と契約したことを発表しました。
