- 化学兄弟/The Chemical Brothers是英国重量级电子音乐团体,成员是由Tom Rowlands与Ed Simons组成,成军当初两人是一起在伦敦修历史课而认识的同学,一开始他们最擅长将把知名乐团的经典曲子重新'Remix/混音',曾翻混过90年代的迷幻乐团Primal Scream、英国摇滚乐团Mainc Street Preachers以及Big Beat摇滚先锋Voodoo People的歌。并和绿洲合唱团(Oasis)之间保持着非常好的关系,也多次在专辑中有密切的合作。
成军近20年,在全球各地累计的唱片销量已突破千万张的惊人关卡,连续5张专辑在发行首周就称霸英国金榜冠军,缔造了异常荣耀的连霸纪录。在美国市方面,除了成功攻入美国告示牌排行榜外,并还获得了四座格莱美奖加冕的殊荣,在1997年的专辑'Dig Your Own Hole'中的单曲Block Rockin' Beats获得了“Best Rock Instrumental Performance”（最佳摇滚乐器表演奖）,2005年的专辑'Push The Button'获得了“Best Electronic/Dance Album”（最佳电子乐曲舞曲专辑/最佳舞曲录音）,2007年的'We Are the Night'也获得了这一奖项。成为首位独得两座“最佳电音／舞曲专辑”奖座的艺人。
2011年7月26日化学兄弟首次登陆台湾表演“有象音乐祭/TWinkle Rock Festival”。
