Album Intro：
繼「活結」（Slipknot）樂隊鼓手喬伊（Joey）的個人樂隊「謀殺娃娃」（Murderdolls）大獲成功，佔據了美國青少年喜歡暴噪迅猛的耳朵後，同樣有著「活結」樂隊成員的「石酸」（Stone Sour）樂隊也「橫空出世」，並且人們發現其中居然不止有一個「活結」樂隊的成員，而是兩個！他們分別是克利·泰勒（Corey Taylor），現「石酸」樂隊主唱兼核心人物，「活結」樂隊8號歌手；吉姆·魯特（Jim Root），現「石酸」樂隊吉他手，「活結」樂隊4號吉他手。「石酸」（Stone Sour）是一道雞尾酒的名字。「石酸」目前的陣容除了來自「活結」的兩位名人外，其他幾位分別是吉他手佐什·蘭德（Josh Rand），貝司手肖恩·伊康納瑪奇（Shawn Economaki）以及鼓手喬·艾克門（Joel Ekman）。其中的貝司手、鼓手和泰勒一樣都是樂隊創始成員，到現在已經是元老了。吉姆是1995年加入的，但他的到來是「石酸」樂隊的轉折點，樂隊自此形成了完整的4人陣容，找到了自己的特點，成為當地首屈一指的樂隊。之前他們都沒有明確的方向，還只是在當地一些俱樂部和酒吧裡演出。另一位吉他手佐什是在2000年才正式加入的，但實際上他並不是一個新人，因為此前他也曾在「石酸」中做過一段時間的臨時吉他手，也是泰勒的老朋友了。到這個時候，「石酸」成為一個5人編製的樂隊，陣容進一步穩固，元老們也再一次完整地重聚，而泰勒此時也可以專注地做他的主唱了。此時，「石酸」可謂開始走向二度梅開。
