We have the luxury of voicing dissent as we have nothing real in our lives that merits complaint.
New progressive philosophies won't save us.
Still too much idle time and never enough response.
Words words words words words words words.
Voiced and written, heard and said but it still doesn't click inside my head.
I want to justify and vindicate these thoughts but I for one can't yet relate with loss.
None of this comes from first hand experience.
But here's another second hand account.
A sorry summation of millenia gone by.
Is this where the epic journey dies, in this same place under these same skies?
Populations have boomed but knowledge stays with the few.
Empires have risen but the masses still get through on ignorance, fed lies, spreading words void of truth.
You've earned your way, please don't let them take it from you.
I hope there's something left to give, something to do, but hope is empty.
It seems to me I've come to see, so why is apathy so tempting?
I have the luxury of voicing this complaint because I have nothing at all about which to complain.
Only an observation, with too much idle time on my hands.
