Tommy Steele OBE（生於1936年12月17日，托馬斯·威廉·希克斯）是英國藝人，被認為是英國第一位青少年偶像和搖滾明星。他在1957年以“唱藍調”而名列第一，“湯米·斯蒂爾的故事”是英國第一張首張專輯。
