- Hymns from Nineveh是丹麥歌手兼吉他手喬納斯·彼得森（Jonas Petersen）於2007年創立的流行民間音樂項目，並與丹麥華納音樂簽約。
喬納斯·彼得森（Jonas Petersen）從2006年開始接觸4人組合樂團“吸引”（Attrap），並出現在DR P3節目Elektriske Barometer中。儘管Attrap發行的House of Dreams和'1234'曲目獲得了好評，並於2007年完成了該項目。在Attrap之後，Petersen開始了他的獨奏音樂項目Nineveh的讚美詩，現場表演由Petersen（主唱和吉他），NikolajPaakjær鋼琴，風琴和合成器），Jakob Brixen（電吉他，班卓琴和shahi baaja，一種印度西塔琴），Jacob Haubjerg（低音）和Carl Andreas Brixen（鼓）。它參加了一些節日和現場活動。
最初的錄音是EP Uncomplicated Christmassongs，2009年11月30日，隨後於2011年2月21日，正式首張同名專輯尼姆的讚美詩專輯。丹麥音樂網站Gaffa認為這張專輯是2011年度丹麥最好的專輯。同年11月22日，該樂隊還在聖誕節期間發布了耐力。
