- Caspar Babypants是兒童音樂藝術家克里斯·巴勒（Chris Ballew）的舞台名稱，他也被廣泛地稱為美國總統的歌手。
Ballew的第一支兒童音樂來自2002年，當時他向“非常踴躍的早期家長支援計劃”錄製並捐贈了一本傳統兒童歌曲專輯，名為“PEPS Sing A Long！”雖然對他來說是一個積極的經歷，但他並沒有考慮為家庭做音樂，直到他遇見了他的妻子，拼貼畫Kate Endle。她的藝術啟發了Ballew考慮像他所說的那樣製作“聽起來像她的藝術”一樣的音樂。 Ballew開始撰寫原創歌曲，挖掘公共領域的童謠和民謠，解讀和製作自己的歌曲。第一張專輯“HERE I AM！”於2008年夏季錄得，並於2009年2月發布。
