- King Kobra是一個由鼓手Carmine Appice於1983年至1984年任職Ozzy Osbourne之後創立的搖滾樂隊。在他們的前兩張專輯中，樂隊包括了四位相對陌生的音樂家，包括主唱Mark Free，吉他手David Michael-Philips ，吉他手Mick Sweda和貝司手Johnny Rod。在兩張專輯“Capitol唱片準備好罷工”（1985年11月9日）和“Life of Life”（1986）以及1988年獨立發行的“King Kobra III”之後，Appice決定解散樂隊並與吉他手John Sykes謀殺項目於1989年。
