Gladys Knight＆Pips是來自佐治亞州亞特蘭大的R＆B /靈魂家庭音樂表演，在音樂排行榜和表演電路上保持活躍三十年。

創始人是1952年由表兄弟綽號而來的The Pips，創始人是Gladys Knight，兄弟Merald'Bubba'Knight，妹妹Brenda Knight，表兄William和Eleanor Guest。經過多年的才藝表演，該組於1957年與Brunswick唱片公司簽約，錄製了一些未能製作的單曲。 Brenda Knight和Eleanor Guest最終被另一個堂兄Edward Patten和一個非親屬的Langston George在1959年取代。這個陣容產生了這個組合的第一首單曲“Every Beat of My Heart”。這張專輯在三個不同的唱片公司發行之後，於1961年更名為Gladys Knight＆Pips。同年，Langston George離開，Gladys Knight於1962年離開，與音樂家Jimmy Newman創立了一個家庭。奈特在1964年重新加盟，這個陣容一直持續到1989年該組織解散。
