約瑟夫亞瑟（生於1971年9月28日）是美國俄亥俄州阿克倫市的美國歌手兼創作歌手和藝術家。他以他的獨奏材料而聞名，並且是慈悲和RNDM的成員。將詩歌般的歌詞與分層的聲調相結合，亞瑟多年來通過廣受好評的發行版和不斷的巡演建立了他的聲望;他獨特的獨奏現場表演通常包括使用一些失真和循環踏板，並且他的節目現場錄音在音板上，並在可記錄媒體上的節目之後立即提供給演唱會觀眾。
