- Ce'Cile（1974年2月24日，在牙买加曼彻斯特教区出生的Cecile Charlton），是来自牙买加金斯敦的音乐家。她是当今最著名的舞蹈艺术家之一。
Ce'Cile在牙买加Porus和Mile Gully长大，她的大部分年轻人都在Mandeville，她的祖父曾经担任市长。
