米卡·彭尼曼（英语：Mica 'Mika' Penniman，1983年8月18日－）是一个黎巴嫩出生，来自伦敦的唱作人，隶属环球唱片旗下的卡萨布兰卡唱片公司（Casablanca Records），他于2006年尾至2007年头间开始走红。有消息指他出生时的名称是“麦可·胡尔伯克·彭尼曼（Michael Holbrook Penniman）”。

早年生活

米卡于黎巴嫩的贝鲁特出生，在家庭中五名子女中排第三，母亲拥有黎巴嫩和敍利亚的血统，而父亲则是美国人。他一岁时，全家被迫离开当时战火连天的黎巴嫩，移居至巴黎。他学会弹的第一首钢琴曲是Joe Dassin的《香榭丽舍大道》。七岁时，他写了第一只歌，他自己形容说是一首“糟透了”的叫做《愤怒》的钢琴曲。九岁时，米卡全家移居至伦敦。在伦敦，他入读了位于南肯辛顿的夏尔·戴高乐法语学校(Lycée Français Charles de Gaulle)，他在那里经常受到欺凌，还患上失读症。为此，在Mika12岁那年，有六到八个月的时间，他的母亲决定在家里亲自教他。后来他入读位于肯辛顿的圣菲利浦斯学校(St Philips School)，并成为学校合唱团领队。继而转入西敏寺学校(Westminster School)和皇家音乐学院，其后加入了卡萨布兰卡唱片公司。

他对自己的名字做过一点小的更动，把Mica中的c换成k，因为他实在受不了别人总读错。
歌唱事业

米卡之后接受俄罗斯歌剧唱家Alla Ardakov的训练，他的公开演出由在皇家歌剧院演出，为英国航空写机内音乐，至为Orbit口香糖写标语都有。他首次演出是于2006年9月16日，出席Dermot O'Leary在英国广播公司电台第二台的节目。有传他的音域达五个音阶，但他自己则指自己只能唱接近三个半音阶。

2007年1月，米卡于BBC新闻举办的2007年度新声投票中排第一。

他的首张发行的单曲是限量版7吋或下载版的Relax, Take It Easy。而另一张单曲Dodgy Holiday EP也提供下载。歌曲Billy Brown在iTunes的首个星期也免费供人下载。

环球唱片在2007年1月8日以电子档案下载方式发行单曲Grace Kelly ，后来此单曲在2007年1月21日登上英国单曲榜冠军。

米卡首张专辑卡通人生(Life in Cartoon Motion)于2007年2月5日发行，给人拿来和包括佛莱迪·摩克瑞、剪刀姊妹花(Scissor Sisters)、艾顿庄、罗比·威廉斯和大卫·宝儿比较。

他在2007年3月26日于节目Jay Leno今夜脱口秀(The Tonight Show with Jay Leno)和3月27日于Jimmy Kimmel Live作音乐演出。而他在2007年6月也在美国举办了巡回演唱会。

在2007年9月，米卡开始在欧洲巡回演出。之后会转到美国演出，并且会出席2008年2月于洛杉矶举行的第50届葛莱美奖。
