背景
雷勃·波茨（William Boltz）是父母威廉（William）和露丝·波尔茨（Ruth Boltz）的父母三个孩子中的一个。第四个孩子出生后不久就死亡了。 Ray与Carol Boltz结婚33年（1975-2008），他们有四个孩子。
