- Powerwolf是由Charles和Matthew Greywolf于2003年创立的德国权力金属乐队。这个团体以黑暗的主题和图像，无论是音乐还是抒情，都是传统权力金属音乐的反面，包括使用尸体涂料，哥特式色调作品以及关于罗马尼亚狼人和吸血鬼传奇以及黑暗宗教故事的歌曲。

2012年，Powerwolf发行了两张专辑。首先是Wolfsnaechte游览EP，与神秘的预言，风暴战士和孤独的狼的分裂的EP。这个EP有一个以前没有发行过的Powerwolf曲目“活在梦魇中”。这张EP的副本最初是在购买Powerwolf's Wolfsnaechte Tour的门票的同时发行的，但是自行程结束之后，Powerwolf网站上已经有了这些副本。
Powerwolf 2012的第二张专辑“Alive in the Night”是乐队的第一张现场专辑。它包含10个轨道，只是超过45分钟的长度。它与2012年4月发行的德国版“金属锤”一起发行。
Powerwolf于2013年7月18日发布了夜间传教士。
在2014年，Powerwolf发布了“异端的历史I”和“异端II的历史”，其中包括Power Wolf的几首管弦乐曲。 2015年7月17日，乐队发布了“祝福与拥有”。
2017年10月10日，Powerwolf在Facebook上宣布，他们已经完成了第七张专辑的发行，并承诺在2018年的某个时候发行。
