一个值得记住的日子（通常缩写为ADTR）是一个来自佛罗里达州奥卡拉的美国摇滚乐队，由吉他手Tom Denney和鼓手Bobby Scruggs于2003年春天创立。他们以金属和流行朋克的不同寻常的融合著称。乐队目前由主唱Jeremy McKinnon，节奏吉他手Neil Westfall，贝司手Joshua Woodard，打击乐手和鼓手Alex Shelnutt以及主音吉他手Kevin Skaff组成。
