- 好自在乐团（英语：Kings of Convenience），也译便利之王，是来自挪威卑尔根的独立民谣流行双人乐团，以精巧曲风、温暖嗓音与错纵细腻的吉他旋律著称。它由艾伦·欧伊和艾瑞克·宝组成，两人兼司谱曲和演唱。
乐团历史
欧伊与宝皆生于1975年，10岁时就认识对方。在16岁时与另外两人一起组了一个乐团Skog（挪威语中'森林'的意思），并发行了一张EP《Tom Tids Tale》，乐团解散后，欧伊与宝便组成了现今的Kings两人组合。
在1999年的夏天，双人组合在欧洲的音乐季亮相后，与美国音乐品牌Kindercore签约。在伦敦共同工作了一段时间后，2001年他们发行了第一张专辑《沉默是金》，由酷玩乐团的制作人Ken Nelson操刀制作。该专辑相当成功，甚至把专辑名称（Quiet Is the New Loud）出借给地下流行乐的一个小型运动（参与者有同时期的不插电双人团体Turin Brakes），推动更细腻微妙的旋律与要传递的讯息，该运动以艾略特·史密斯、Belle & Sebastian，以及赛门与葛芬柯作为启发对象。
