来自美国拉斯维加斯的独立摇滚乐团Panic! At The Disco已经公布，他们将于今年3月29日正式发行一张全新的录音室专辑《Vices & Virtues》，这张专辑是Panic! At The Disco乐队自吉他手瑞安-罗斯(Ryan Ross)和贝斯手乔-沃克(Jon Walker)两位原成员离队之后他们推出的首张专辑。
据了解，这张《Vices & Virtues》是Panic! At The Disco乐队近三年以来的首张专辑，由粉红佳人(Pink)和Weezer的制作人布奇-沃克(Butch Walker)以及曾与The Used乐队和Neon Trees合作过的约翰-菲尔德曼(John Feldmann)联手制作。2008年，Panic! At The Disco乐队的上张专辑《Pretty. Odd。》在美国公告牌专辑榜中曾获得亚军的好成绩，据Nielsen SoundScan统计显示，截至目前，这张《Pretty. Odd。》一共卖出了41万9千张。
新专辑《Vices & Virtues》中的首支打榜单曲《The Ballad of Mona Lisa》将于当地时间2月1日正式面世，不久之后，由肖恩-德雷克(Shane Drake)指导拍摄的音乐录影带也将发行。在此之前，Panic! At The Disco乐队由德雷克指导拍摄的《I Write Sins Not Tragedies》的音乐录影带曾获得过美国MTV音乐录影带大奖。作为Panic! At The Disco乐队2005年处子大碟《A Fever You Can't Sweat Out》中的主打单曲，这首歌的成功直接带动了那张专辑的热销。据统计，《A Fever You Can't Sweat Out》到目前为止的销量一共超过了180万张。
《Vices & Virtues》是Panic! At The Disco乐队第一次以两人阵容发专辑，乐队目前的两位成员分别是主唱布兰登-尤里(Brendon Urie)和鼓手斯宾塞-史密斯(Spencer Smith)，主唱尤里同时还负责演奏多种乐器。而乐队的另外两位成员、原吉他手罗斯和原贝斯手沃克在离开Panic! At The Disco之后组建了一支名叫Young Veins的乐队。
